This injecor fits the following applications:  2004 DT466:  245HP to 285HP (HT) with an ESN range of 2,000,001 to 2,999,999 and 2005 DT466:  210HP to 285HP with an ESN range of 2,000,001 to 2,999,999.  It is a new injector.  OE part numbers for reference are 1842577C93, 5010657R92, 1842224C91.  Removal of these injectors requires the removal of the high pressure oil rail.   When reinstalling, a new seal kit is required-  P/N AP0025.   CORE CHARGE: You will be charged a core charge at the time of purchase.
