This product is the EUI (electronic unit injector) for the CAT C15 engine.  These injectors are honed to flow 40% over stock.  This injector is rebuilt completely in-house at Rochester Diesel with all new OEM parts.  Each injector meets OEM performance and specifications.  In every remanufactured injector there is a NEW acctuator assembly, high pressure washer, NOP shim and stop and nozzle opening pressure (NOP) spring.  Nozzles nozzle nuts are brand new.  This ensures proper sealing with OE performance, quality and durability.  Components that are replaced as necessary include nozzle cone, injector follower and injector follower spring.  When purchasing a set, the set flow-matched and balanced..  After reassembly, each injector is tested for injection pressure, timing and correct fuel delivery.  CORE CHARGE:  You will be charged a core charge at the time of purchase.  However, a core charge of $250.00 will be refunded to your credit card account when the core is returned within 30 days.  Feel free to call our parts department at 507-288-8038 with any questions.  Parts numbers eligible for a core refund include:  10R1273, 239-4909 and 249-0709.  Other numbers may qualify, please call to verify.  This injector is able to be honed.  Honed injectors are available for purchase under part numbers EX631273-20, EX631273-30, EX631273-40 AND EX631273-50.  If interested in honing your own injectors please call 507-288-8038.
