This product is the EUI (electronic unit injector) for the Detroit Diesel Series 60 engine.  This injector is remanufactured by Delphi**.  **Please note - these injectors are NOT boxed Delphi injectors.  They are OEM Delphi injectors that have been tested, flow matched and balanced to work together as a set.  This ensures they flow equal amounts of fuel ensuring a smooth running engine.  Each injector meets OEM performance and specifications.  In every remanufactured injector there is surface lapping of each critical component, new nozzle, NOP spring, NCV, electrical connector and 100% o-ring replacement.  This ensures proper sealing with OE performance, quality and durability. Delphi completely disassembles each injector and each component is inspected and cleaned.   When purchasing a set, the set is matched and flowed.  After reassembly, each injector is tested for injection pressure, timing and correct fuel delivery.  CORE CHARGE:  You will be charged a core charge at the time of purchase.  However, a core charge of $200.00 will be refunded to your credit card account when the core is returned within 30 days.  Feel free to call our parts department at 507-288-8038 with any questions.  Parts numbers eligible for a core refund include:  RFE4E00001.  This injector is able to be honed and they are found under part numbers:  EX631018-20, EX631018-30 and EX631018-40.  If interested in honing your own injectors please call 507-288-8038.
